1. SPONSOR

The "Better AroundUs Fall Giveaway" (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Better AroundUs (the "Sponsor").

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, meet all of the following criteria:

• Are legal residents of the states of Tennessee, Mississippi, or Arkansas.

• Are 21 years of age or older.

• Are a member or a potential member of Better AroundUs. Membership is free, and individuals can sign up for a free account at Better AroundUs.

• Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising agencies, or any other parties involved in the development or administration of this Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter or win.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on September 19, 2026, and ends on October 24, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time (CT) (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor’s computer system is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes. You may use any or all methods, but entry limits apply.

1. Online Website Entry: Visit Better AroundUs during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the official digital entry form with your required information.

2. In-Person Entry: Attend the "Girls Day Out" event on October 24, 2026, and fill out an entry form at the official Better AroundUs booth before the close of the event.

3. Social Media Entry: Log into your public account on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, or TikTok and complete the following steps:

   • Follow the official @BetterAroundUs account on that platform.

   • Repost/Share the official giveaway post.

   • Tag two (2) friends in the comments of the official giveaway post.

Limit of one (1) entry per person per entry method. Automated entries, scripts, or entries generated by bots will be disqualified. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to reject any entry at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to a determination that the individual did not fully comply with these Official Rules, engaged in unfair or disruptive behavior, or if the Sponsor deems such action necessary to preserve the integrity and fairness of the Sweepstakes.

5. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)

A total of eight (8) prizes will be awarded to individual winners selected at random. The prizes are broken down as follows:

• Prize 1: One (1) $129 voucher valid at V/O Medspa. (ARV: $129.00)

• Prize 2: Three (3) $30 Pizza vouchers valid at Memphis Pizza Cafe. (ARV: $30.00 each; Total Category ARV: $90.00)

• Prize 3: One (1) $60 credit valid for two (2) free sessions at SweatHouz. (ARV: $60.00)

• Prize 4: Three (3) Athleta gift cards. (ARV: $25.00 each; Total Category ARV: $75.00)

Total Value of All Prizes: $354.00. No individual prize value exceeds $150.00.

6. PRIZE CONDITIONS & PICK-UP REQUIREMENT

• In-Person Pick-Up Required: All prizes must be picked up in person by the verified winner at a location in the Memphis, TN area designated by the Sponsor.

• No Shipping: The Sponsor will not ship any prizes under any circumstances. If a winner cannot pick up the prize in person, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

• No Cash Exchange: Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. There are no cash exchanges, substitutions, or refunds allowed.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received across all entry platforms. The drawing will take place within approximately forty-eight (48) hours following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry, or via Direct Message (DM) on the social media platform used to enter. Potential winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification to claim their prize. If a potential winner does not respond, is found to be ineligible, or cannot commit to the in-person pick-up requirement, they will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be drawn. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any potential winner at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to a determination that the individual did not fully comply with these Official Rules or if the Sponsor deems such action necessary. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, city of residence, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes in connection with this Sweepstakes in any media, now known or hereafter developed. In accordance with state law, this marketing consent is restricted to use specifically tied to promoting this or future Better AroundUs campaigns and is not an unrestricted, in-perpetuity release of global publicity rights.

9. GENERAL RELEASE & COVENANT NOT TO SUE

By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant completely releases and holds harmless Better AroundUs, its affiliates, partners, and the platforms hosting or promoting this giveaway (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and TikTok), as well as prize providers (V/O Medspa, Memphis Pizza Cafe, SweatHouz, and Athleta), from any and all liability, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation.

By entering, participants explicitly covenant and agree not to sue, bring a lawsuit, or initiate any formal court action against the Sponsor or its affiliates for any claims, injuries, or losses arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or the awarding, pickup, or use of any prize.

10. SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Threads, or TikTok. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to these social media entities. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND MANDATORY ARBITRATION

Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. All disputes shall be settled exclusively through final and binding arbitration rather than a court of law.

By participating, entrants agree that they will be solely responsible for and must cover 100% of their own arbitration costs, filing fees, and legal expenses. Under no circumstances will the Sponsor reimburse the participant for any arbitration costs, attorney fees, or administrative fees incurred during the dispute resolution process, regardless of the final outcome of the arbitration.
